What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
90-Minute: 24 hours’ notice required to reschedule.
4-Hour: 72 hours’ notice required to reschedule.
8-Hour: 7 business days’ notice required to reschedule.
One reschedule is permitted per booking.
No-shows or late cancellations forfeit the session.
Are sessions refundable?
All bookings are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. If you cannot attend, you may reschedule within the stated notice period.
What if I need more time than I booked?
Additional time can be arranged and billed at the same hourly rate, subject to availability.
